Zak greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. Then, after he asked us a few questions to determine what we were looking for, he showed us the exact vehicle we were looking for. Zak was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Next, Zak introduced us to David, who explained all our options, negotiated the price of the new vehicle, and valued our trade. David was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. With his help we concluded this portion of the purchase quickly. David then handed us off to Vanessa and she guided us through all the contract and legal paperwork necessary to complete our purchase. Vanessa was very friendly and efficient which contributed to an overall pleasurable buying experience. More
Worst dealership I’ve ever been to! ! I used to be a loyal Toyota customer for 16 years until I walked into this particular dealership. I can sadly say that this dealership has comple ! I used to be a loyal Toyota customer for 16 years until I walked into this particular dealership. I can sadly say that this dealership has completely turned me off from buying another Toyota vehicle The dealership states that they pride themselves on the “customer experience”. Claiming that their goal is to work with the customer from begging to end. They also state that they since they are a family owned business they can easily work out a deal to ensure that the customer leaves in one of their cars satisfied. I can tell you that my experience was no where close to that. In fact their next door neighbor Hyundai gave me the customer experience that this dealership had promised but clearly failed to deliver. They should go next door and learn from their competitors. Unlike the finance guys at Hyundai who will provide you with straight numbers, the Toyota finance managers will try to spend time distracting you; attempt to upsell you, and go so far as to be cliche and switch with another manager if the 1st doesn’t manage to convince you to take their offer. I told them from the get go what I wanted, what my price range was but rather than just be upfront and tell me that it’s not do able they instead play these childish games by wasting your time in hopes to try to wear you down. They will even go as far as bad mouth the competition to try to intimidate you from considering buying elsewhere. This is truly unprofessional and it shows the type of people you are truly dealing with They claim that they will work with the customer but it becomes clearly that only care about increasing their commissions than working with the customer as they say they will. if this is the type of reps they got, I can just imagine the type owners they report to. I highly do not recommend this particular dealership and suggest going to another Toyota dealer, maybe Central Toyota if you still want a Toyota. Or just go to one of their competitors, at least they won’t waste your precious time. Clearly the reps here have no respect for yours More
