I booked an appointment with Yesenia who said that she had the very specific car that I wanted - a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XSE, available to test drive. I drove over an hour and a half from the west coast of Flo had the very specific car that I wanted - a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XSE, available to test drive. I drove over an hour and a half from the west coast of Florida to test drive this car. When I arrived, after waiting for Yesenia, who then directed us to someone else who walked us to the lot, was told that the car was not there but would I like to look at something else? What a waste of my time! Yesenia had my cell number and could have easily let me know ahead of time that the car was not there any more, or in fact, if there ever was a car. Buyer Beware, staff is at best irresponsible, and at worst untrustworthy . I will never do business with Toyota of Clermont after this. More
