Where the Magic of Purchasing a Toyota begins. He provided us with a full understanding of the vehicle, inside and out including test driving them. We where introduced to Mr. John Dee a very professional salesperson who made the whole purchasing of a new car very relaxing and enjoyable. Showing us around the dealership and meeting the service manager. After we settled on a Corolla LE with met with Mr. Mike Rush, finance director who worked very hard to make the purchase numbers meet our numbers. An outstanding magical job. We then met with Ms. Megan Villa, to complete all the final paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining all the papers to sign, no small task. when we finished she moved our plates over from our trade in and set us up on Bluetooth. Some what mixed, but overall satisfied Visited Toyota of Clermont in October 2014 to see what Toyota had to offer in a mid-sized truck. Had no intent of buying on the first visit, still in Visited Toyota of Clermont in October 2014 to see what Toyota had to offer in a mid-sized truck. Had no intent of buying on the first visit, still in the comparison stage. They offered me a price of nearly $3k below sticker. Visited same dealer in December 2014 ready to buy, they didn't want to budge off the sticker price. Got up to leave, then they offered the previous deal. Corey the person that shows/test drives the vehicles was very knowledgeable of Tacoma, pleasant and not pushy. The sales person that ran the credit check, not so pleasant. She wouldn't answer simple questions like the actual price of vehicle, she kept asking "what do you want your payment to be" and kept removing items to drop payment closer to the mark. The financial person Danielle Garcia was the most pleasant experience of the buying process, even though it seams like your signing your life away, she didn't rush through the paperwork and had a pleasant calming personality. Oh! After I drove home I noticed an item was missing, called them about it and they seamed eager to fix the problem. More

Also, I did not have time to haggle back and forth. I knew what I came in to purchase, either your dealership would be able to accommodate my request or not.
