Best car buying experience of my life We originally went to a gm dealership years ago and after being baited and switched we walked away and avoided buying a car for 7 years. Upon my wife vehicle failing we knew we couldn't wait any longer but dreaded the car sales routine. We did our homework and prepared for the on slaughter. My wife and I originally when to toyota of Clermont to drive the truck we wanted just to get a feel. Not only did they have the exact model, which I had only found 3 in the entire state, but with the exact option we wanted. James who took us on a test drive knew the vehicle inside out, keep in mind I had researched this truck for months so I new if he was bs'ing me. The actual dealing was super easy there was no "I gotta go talk to the manager" routine. Our previous experience we had spent 6 hrs in the dealership, gm sales were trying to wear us down. At toyota the entire process including the test drive took 2.5 hrs and that's leaving with our new vehicle. The entire experience took me by surprise, we got the exact vehicle we wanted for an extremely fair price...$236 over what the dealer paid. I can't say enough good things about this, absolutely loved it and will go there 1st when we need to replace my vehicle. More
