Excellent New Car Buying Experience The purpose of my first visit to Toyota of Clermont on 7/1/16 was to test drive a RAV4. JC Perez, product specialist was the person that showed me ar The purpose of my first visit to Toyota of Clermont on 7/1/16 was to test drive a RAV4. JC Perez, product specialist was the person that showed me around the lot and gave me the product information about the RAV4. He then asked me questions about why I was looking and my driving needs. He did an excellent job of identifying the actual Model of RAV4 that sounded like what would suite me best and that was the XLE. JC then took me into meet T. J. Cotton, Sales Specialist who gave me some VERY good information about the purchasing of the RAV4 as well as the 2015 Corolla I was wanting to trade in. T.J. did an excellent job of giving me the pros and cons of purchasing now vs. purchasing in September 2016, showing how it would benefit me. He did ask for the sale ( which any good salesperson should do) but no pressure. Both T.J. and J.C. made themselves available after I left the lot. Once I got home that day and after considering the information that T.J. provided me I decided to return to the dealership on Saturday, 7/2/16. Since T.J. was not in yet Matt Martinez made himself available to start negotiations for the purchase of a new 2016 RAV4 XLE. He was very helpful and open to represent me in the actual sales transaction. He made the purchase experience very positive and not painful like some car purchase transaction can be. At the end we agreed on a price and when I would be able to pick up the vehicle. I needed to wait for one that had the accessories I wanted to be delivered. Deliver date was exactly on time. Nate Patrone meet me immediately upon arrival to complete the transaction and take delivery. He introduced me to Natasha Prashad-Scott to handle the financing and final explaining some of the features of the RAV4. Natasha was very professional and prepared to execute the financing. She also took me to my new car and answered all my questions regarding some of the operations of the car. Everyone That I had contact with at Toyota of Clermont took very good care of me and it is quite obvious that their primary goal is to make sure the customer experience is positive. I will definitely recommend Toyota of Clermont and most certainly use this dealership for all my servicing. More
