Bought my Highlander from Carlos Vizcaino (Sales person) just about a year ago saying this vehicle has never been in a accident certified pre-owned. Since buying the car we learned that the vehicle was invo just about a year ago saying this vehicle has never been in a accident certified pre-owned. Since buying the car we learned that the vehicle was involved in a collision at the dealership in their parking lot on the driver side front bumper, we have taken the vehicle back on 5 occasions for the front bumper keep coming detached, Oscar (Collision Manager) stated the vehicle was in a collision at the dealership and the bracket needed to secure the bumper was recommended but declined by dealer stating “fix this cheap and fast to sell the car” records show vehicle was in the collision department for repairs they are not wanting to repair the vehicle damages that was caused by them. It was not properly repaird and now they expect me to pay for repairs, I would like for the general manager of this dealership to call me with a solution with no money out my pocket for this issue that happened on their property prior to my purchase and be refunded any amount they tried to charge me for this. Oscar (Collision Manager) Victor (Service Manager) Carlos Vizcaino (Sales Person) all these people knows about the situation all they do is just pass the ball to each other and covering there xxxxx without getting a solution, and BTW my Highlander 2021 has been sitting down at the collision shop since 11/6/2024 more than a week already and not heard NOTHING from them, im the one always calling and they say we call you back and never call back, this is very irresponsable and frustrating, i might take legal action and thats the last thing i want to do!!! More
