Prior to meeting her at the dealership, she communicated with me via email and phone way past dealership hours of operations, which was nice because I knew she was flexible and cared about my time. We test drove a 2015 Rav4 and she provided in great details the features and warranties that came with it. I was never confused and didn't have any questions. When I am ready to purchase a new vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going back to Toyota of Cedar Park and Allori Ramirez. She called us shortly after letting us know that it was, and we jumped in the car to drive over there. On our way, we learned that the roads were starting to ice over. We talked to Lila, and found out that the dealership was sending employees home for safety. But when she heard that we were already on our way, she offered to stay and show us the van anyway! Of course, we turned around and went home, but Lila's willingness to do that impressed us so much! When we did come a couple days later, Lila was ready for us - she had the van ready to show us, and was a delight to work with. This was, by far, our easiest and most positive car buying experience! Finance was friendly and helpful, and the dealership is so nice and comfortable. More
