This is a very friendly and helpful dealership to arrive at for your appointment. The staff take very good care of their customers the snack bar is wonderfully staffed with a lovely restaurant manager Cand at for your appointment. I had a great recent experience with Gerry, Jethro and Eric. Jethro is my go-to service guy and we recently purchased a new vehicle with Gerry. Both were reliable resources on a recent service visit, as J Eric. Jethro is my go-to service guy and we recently purchased a new vehicle with Gerry. Both were reliable resources on a recent service visit, as Jethro orchestrated the analysis of the issue with my 2011 Highlander and Gerry offered information on new vehicle options if I decided aganst the recommended work. He even pulled in Eric as another trusted advisor to help me understand all of my options. I am completely satisfied and feel like the Tufankjian team had my back, especially these three guys. came in for regular maintenance may 8,2023. ..Ashok is always attentive &a gentleman! While car was being worked on he showed me a fender part of plastic that was rubbing against back tire. Asho ..Ashok is always attentive &a gentleman! While car was being worked on he showed me a fender part of plastic that was rubbing against back tire. Ashok was kind enough to put duck tape over the plastic to fix the problem. Was also kind enough to give me a bottle of water from his break room so i could take some meds...So he s thoughful & has a great work ethic, and that is notable & appreciated ! More

i recently had an appointment for the installation of a tonneau cover and an inspection sticker on my recently purchased tacoma. The installation should have taken no longer than 1 hr max and the inspectio tonneau cover and an inspection sticker on my recently purchased tacoma. The installation should have taken no longer than 1 hr max and the inspection maybe 20 minutes. I was there for 3 1/2 hrs. When they completed the vehicle I was not given any instruction on the operation or care of the product. Also they did not offer to schedule future service appointments. They also failed to provide a copy of the sticker inspection report. I found the entire visit very unprofessional and will take my service to another Toyota dealer. More
