His likeability, professionalism, and ability to trust set him apart from the stereo-typical sales guy. If you can’t relate to Andy, there’s something wrong with you. He made my shopping experience hassle free, and put me in the driver seat when it came to making decisions. He was easily accessible at all hours of the day/night, as most random questions came when I ended up leaving the dealership. I decided on a color, and Andy was able to locate the exact type of 4Runner I had been looking for, and had it ready in 2 days. Additionally, John made the actual purchase process a cake walk, and is an expert at what he does. I would recommend Andy and John to anyone walking into Toyota of Braintree, as I am still stunned at how easy they made the whole process. I would consider them two good people who I could reference back to at any time through the life of my vehicle. So, was I extremely satisfied? Yea, but I would multiply that by 10. They got me my new car in just 2 days, as well as helping me get the best deal/price possible. Andy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, despite it being the only one the dealership has had, and made me feel more than comfortable throughout the purchasing process. The managers are are great as well, I spoke to a couple of them just because they wanted to make sure i was satisfied with my experience and offered many helpful suggestions.
