We purchased a used Corolla from Braintree Toyota and have been happy with the experience. We were treated fairly and respectfully by the finance manager. We feel that we got a decent car in good condition. The buying transaction was quick and relatively painless. When a few issues popped up shortly after buying the car (check light, oil leak), the dealership quickly fixed them without additional cost or argument. All of the dealership team members were courteous and effective in getting their jobs done. I contrast this to my experience a week earlier in trying to buy another used Corolla from a Hyundai dealer that ended in our returning the car due to false advertising. All of our dealings to date with Tufankjian Toyota suggest that this dealership has integrity and follow-through. More

Of notable metion: Benson Onwuamaebu-the salesman who was on top of everything,never tried to pressure me and for that I'm happy to recommend his service. Walace Langame-the business manger who smoothed out the single hiccup in financing...went the extra mile to get us competitive financing. That said everybody I dealt with (Carlos Ortega,Scott Brothers,etc..)were friendly and never pressured me.I'd also like to thank those supporting team members who processed the transanction but I never met face to face.Never was the process back upped,good job everybody. The sales guy was a clown. Operated on assumption that I was stupid. Not the right way to treat a customer. Really high pressure, shifty eyes and fake unnecessary conversation. Had oil changed-filter was not tighened,. lost oil. No aplolgy and did not clean mess on engine. Had motor steam elswhere. On another visit for drivers window not opening, they said I needed complete wind aplolgy and did not clean mess on engine. Had motor steam elswhere. On another visit for drivers window not opening, they said I needed complete window regulator for over $300. I refused . Stopped at auto body shop on way home. They fixed window in 20 minutes. He said outside mirror had been clipped by another car and misaligened window track. Cost was $20. You be the judge. More
