I could not be more happy with my experience at Tufankjian Toyota. I had gone to a couple other dealerships before going here, and this was by far the best dealership I went to. I was referred to Sam by a friend, and I was very particular with what I wanted and my price range and Sam was not pushy at all. He found me the perfect car for my needs and got me a great deal. He explained every detail about the car, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Wallace was very helpful with the payment and explained everything about paying for the car to me, as it was my first time buying a car. I recommend Sam to all of my friends and coworkers who are looking to buy a car. Sam and Wallace made my first time buying a car a very comfortable and memorable experience. More

This was a first new car experience for me and Tufankjian made it a pleasurable and memorable one. From the get go, the dealers treated us with respect and courtesy (even the ones who were not working with u made it a pleasurable and memorable one. Our salesman, Rick Heenan, was a down-to-earth, informative, friendly and all-around just a great guy to work with. Before leasing our 2010 RAV4, he let me borrow it for hours to make sure I felt comfortable in the car before signing any papers. He also matched a leasing offer from another dealership which saved us a good amount of money over the 3-year agreement. We had an issue getting our insurance company to communicate with Tufankjian so the overall process took longer than expected but, even with this issue, we arrived at 1:15pm and drove the car off the lot at 3:30pm having done little preparation prior to arriving. I highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. We all want a low-pressure, comfortable car purchasing experience and Tufankjian goes above and beyond. More

My experience was outstanding. I woudl rate a 5 on all questions but there was a miscommunication with one of the Sales managers. My Salesman, Sam did an unbelivabel job with me that I still felt he deser questions but there was a miscommunication with one of the Sales managers. I recently leased two new Toyota Corolla's for my twin sons who are graduating from college. A friend of mine recommended Donna Larosa and I can honestly say that this was the BEST experience I have ever sons who are graduating from college. Donna listened to everything that was important to me and exceeded my every expectation! Not only did she take the time to get to know me, but she even went above and beyond to help share in surprising our sons. Donna hid the cars in the back of the dealership and made sure each car had a bright red bow on top (just like you see in the commercials). When I saw the expression on my sons faces, I started to cry and so did she!! I can't say enough about entire staff at Toyota of Braintree. They couldn't have been more friendly and everyone enjoyed sharing in our surprise! My saleman Rich Voelker was extremely pleasant to work with on finding the car that I wanted to purchase and on getting me the best deal possible for my trade in with his manager Mark. He kept me informed each step of the way. The finance department man John was also great to work with as I knew that I had a budget to work with and could not go over that and this was accomplished. So all I can say is if someone I know is looking to purchase or lease a car I will tell them to visit Toyota of Braintree, they will be happy that they did, I know that I am very happy. More

The facility is worth a visit in itself for it's innovative green technology. All the models we were interested in seeing were available for test driving. We definately wanted a Toyota truck, we did not want a brand new one. The salesman, Richard Voelkar, asked questions as to what we wanted the vehicle to have. We told him we would like a used truck with low mileage, V6 engine, 2 wheel drive, with a long bed. He showed us another truck at first but it was very low and my husband wanted it to be up higher, larger wheels, so he showed us the one we ended up purchasing. I really liked the idea that he didn't try to pressure us into the sale. We had gone to Sullivan Toyota two days earlier and when we saw a truck we liked it was like they wouldn't let us leave without buying and then seemed very annoyed with us for having them show us what they had. I hate pressure Richard didn't do that. It was a nice sale and we told him we would be there the next day and that was fine. Very good salesperson. You get more bees with honey then you do vinegar!!!
