Best in town I have been to 2 other dealers (Ford - horrible - and GMC - ok) in the area for a purchase (new and used) and they can not even come close to the ser I have been to 2 other dealers (Ford - horrible - and GMC - ok) in the area for a purchase (new and used) and they can not even come close to the service and professionalism of the David Bruce employees. Came in for service, looked at a used truck... This dealership is awesome. Bought my first car here in 1996, bought the wife's new Camry in 2012 and have been servicing it here ever since. Took care of every item that was a problem and then some. I purchased a used pick up and and in a few days realized it had some major problems. It over heated the first trip out of town, the power steering ra I purchased a used pick up and and in a few days realized it had some major problems. It over heated the first trip out of town, the power steering rack was leaking, jack was missing, right side door would not lock, engine very sluggish code light came on. Took it in and in conversation with Steve Lagesse, he said to bring it in and they would check out. I did, and then Steve took problems to Bruce and Bruce OKed repairs. They fixed EVERY ITEM AND THE TRUCK RUNS GREAT! Service department people were extremely courteous and professional. Will continue to purchase vehicles from them! GREAT COMPANY! More

Outstanding Service Department! My wife and I were traveling from Kentucky to Chicago. We hit a bump on one of the various construction sites on the highway causing a loud rattling. My wife and I were traveling from Kentucky to Chicago. We hit a bump on one of the various construction sites on the highway causing a loud rattling. Using our iPhone we found David Bruce Toyota. We pulled in and were greeted by Carolyn Klaus (assistant service manager). Never have I had such an experience. She put us at ease immediately. She explained how she would address the problem and explained where the waiting room was located. Driving in with an appointment we thought we would be in for a long wait. She returned in a relative short time frame and explained what was wrong, the cost to repair the part and the labor required. We were more than elated. Unfortunately the part was not in stock and we were on a tight timeframe to get to Chicago. Carolyn without hesitation said she would check to ensure it was safe to drive. She returned promptly and said other than an irritation of the rattling, it was safe to drive. She provided us the necessary part number to order when we arrived in Chicago. I cannot thank Carolyn Klaus enough or highlight what good people work at this dealership. More
