MY SALES PERSON WAS VERY PERSONABLE AS WAS EVERYONE ELSE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH AT THE DEALERSHIP. DAVE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES OF MY NEW VEHICLE. Janelle had a loaner vehicle (which i was always promised from other dealers bu mazda 3) scheduled for service to apply upholstery/paint protection. Janelle had a loaner vehicle (which i was always promised from other dealers but never received) ready for me to use for the few hours it was in the shop at David Bruce. had my car warming up when I returned to pick it up (in the below 0 weather) had the license plates put on it; had it washed (remember, this is a USED vehicle I purchased). Everything negative that has ever been said about car salespeople does not apply here -- It is an unbelievably positive experience. I really suggest anyone in the area contemplating the purchase of a new or slightly used vehicle to stop in this place and check it out before making a decision. I came in with concerns of price, mileage, model, and warranty, and walked out confident that Tony had put me in the drivers seat of the right car. Tony was not your dreaded car-salesman. He was very polite and helpful with the many questions I had about purchasing a new vehicle. He got me behind the wheel of a 2011 Camry at a very reasonable price with great mileage and really took the time to make sure that this was the car I wanted before driving away. David Bruce and Tony made the purchase great. I already had years of experience with Toyota vehicles from the last couple of purchases. After my trip to this dealership, I will not only purchase my next car here, but I will recommend this business to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. By the way... I was in need of getting new vehicle; was going to wait until Summer months of 2011; On Tuesday, February 1st Blizzard began late afternoon in Kankakee County; driving with my employer in his 2011 Mercedes until Summer months of 2011; On Tuesday, February 1st Blizzard began late afternoon in Kankakee County; driving with my employer in his 2011 Mercedes; tire pressure warning signal came on as passing David Bruce Auto; Closed sign due to weather on service door; mgr and his men were inside; opened garage door (even though it was Mercedes purchased from competitor across from this establishment)mgr. had his service crew check pressure and fill all tires with air; so impressed by their courtesy decided to move my purchase of a vehicle up; went back next day and purchased the Mazda from Janelle, who myself and family members have had dealings -- just a very courteous; non pressured environment -- Other car dealerships should use the DavidBruce crew to train their staff or look into what's going on there -- they have it right.
