Dave Sosnowski was wonderful. My husband and I have never bought an automobile site unseen. We did see wonderful pictures, but from Illinois to South Carolina it was very far away. Dave was able to answer any question I had and was not annoyed with my multiple calls. So I made the Four hour drive from Detroit. The car was exactly as described and was in great shape.The dealership was friendly and had great customer service.Dave was a great salesman he had no issue with me looking over the whole car and did not put me under any pressure to buy. Even after I had the car for two days and had an issue with the security system Dave worked with me all day to get it resolved.My only complaint is that the dealership is four hours away. More

I'm amused by the slogan, "No games, no gimmicks." It was games and gimmicks from moment one. Prior to leaving for the dealership, Dave assured me the car I was interested was still for s gimmicks." It was games and gimmicks from moment one. Prior to leaving for the dealership, Dave assured me the car I was interested was still for sale - until I was 20 minutes in to our 40 minute drive. For some reason, the car was no longer on the lot but there might be another car he could offer. We continued on to the dealership. After test driving a different vehicle than the one we had initially been interested in, we sat down to talk about the deal. We were only told a monthly payment and no one was capable of telling us what the interest rate would be. With that minimal information, Dave was rather surprised that we weren't ready to make the deal. He stated, "What's there to think about?" He then said he would get a folder of information only to return with the general manager, who also had no idea what interest rate we would be paying. Only ten minutes after we left the dealership, suddenly an additional finance company would accept us for nearly $70 less per month. Mind you, David Bruce dealership had received our financial information several hours in advance of our coming out to look at the car. However, we still were not told what our interest rate would be. One last follow-up call came to the dealership at 4:30pm on Saturday. Again, Dave was completely incapable of telling us the specific terms of financing. Oddly, the finance manager and general manager had left for the day because they were not too busy, so again, no one could answer our questions. Subsequently, we visited another dealership who could answer any and all questions in the space of an hour or less. We signed the deal and drove away with a car only hours from when we first came to look. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Dave was very friendly and helpful. He held the car for three hours so I could drive over and look at it. He was knowledgeable about the car, and if he couldn't answer a question, he found the person who three hours so I could drive over and look at it.
