Tony Malzone is the man!! I came into David Bruce Toyota for scheduled maintenance on my current vehicle (tire rotation/oil change). To make a longer story short, I was able to purchase this vehicle for much less than I intended while still getting top dollar for my trade in. Throughout the last three years, Dave has kept in casual contact, usually by sending a birthday greeting - not enough to be annoying, but enough to let you know the relationship is still there. When I called 3 years later, Dave answered the call with my first name before I said anything (no - not caller ID, he must manually put the number of all his clients in his phone). Little touches like that show that Dave cares about his clients even after the sales papers are signed.
