I Traded in my 2008 Subaru Tribeca, was very pleased with the process. I got a 2013 Toyota Prius. I have driven it for a couple days now and just love the gas mileage I get with it. Janelle even helped me set up Bluetooth to my phone and showed me around the workings of the car. I stopped by to talk to Dave Sosnowski because I noticed some rust on the windshield frame of my vehicle. I was previously told it wasn't covered by the warranty, and I was very unhappy about that. Dave took care of the problem immediately, although he didn't have to. He scheduled me next business day to drop off the car at the shop and it was ready by the end of the day. Although I had only seen the truck on the internet, I felt the dealership was too far away for me to go see and test drive the truck. However, Dave Sosnowski offered to have the truck delivered directly to my house with no obligation to purchase. After shopping around and much consideration I took Dave up on his offer. The truck was delivered at my home and after seeing and test driving it I was very pleased and made the purchase. I am extremely pleased with the entire transaction and price paid. I highly recommend David Bruce Toyota and Dave Sosnowski! More
Finance manager tried to "up" the rate by .9%. Acting like it was an error. Then he quoted monthly payment at 10 bucks more per month than it was, so when he asked about the extended warranty, the Acting like it was an error. Then he quoted monthly payment at 10 bucks more per month than it was, so when he asked about the extended warranty, there was 10 bucks per month @ 60 months (600 bucks) cushion for it to look better. I did the math and it did not add up, so I asked and discovered the deceit, so I made him take off the coverage. Then he tried to have me sign a blank contract (as a back up) in case the real finance guy needed to go a different route with financing. The whole thing was just "skanky", everything you can imagine in a sleazy car lot was here. More

Only one bit of feedback: my wife and I would have benefitted by knowing we would be offered the Protector Plan (e.g. 7 year exterior, interior and dent program) prior to our purchase date today, May 18, 2013. It would have been better to know about the offer when we wrote deposit check, May 4, 2013. That way, we could could studied the options for about a week, rather than making an "under the gun" decision on the date of closing the deal. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
