I was looking for a luxury brand and he not only had it, but knew how to put it out there, so I could find it. As soon as I expressed interest in the car I eventually bought from David Bruce Toyota Cadilac, Dave had all the answers to my questions; and he is believable and trustworthy. I later found out that he is a graduate of Northern Illinois University - a fact which really impressed me, because I knew that there was something special about him. Since I live in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, (approximately 2 hours from Bourbanias) Dave assured me distance wasn't a problem. With his internet sales skills, and without my asking, Dave electronically sent me everything I needed to see about the engine, the inside and outside of the car I would eventually call mine. In fact I couldn't wait to go see and ultimately purchase the car in person. I rented a car and drove down to Bourbanias and his courtesy didn't stop after I had purchased my beautiful Infinity; he offered to help me drop my rental car at the nearby rental car location.
