I am exciting our third child and our current trunk space with a stroller was a little tight for food and other items not including a double stroller. We went inside and that is where we meet Tony. Tony was great with letting us take our time on the test drive plus it was nice he went with us since we were new to Toyota. He understand everything we were saying and answered all of our questions. He was also great with the long day with our 2 children he got our kids a snack and never complained about the mess kids make since he had is own. I will tell my family and friends about Tony. Tony is AWESOME!! I dreaded going into the dealership, as it has always been a hassle in the past. I was supposed to see Dave, but he had an emergency. I began my search for a new car the 1st of February 2014; I currently owned a 2004 Toyota Camry. I was pleased with the quality of my Camry and therefor was leaning towards purchasing a Toyota once again. I currently owned a 2004 Toyota Camry. I narrowed my search to the 2013 Toyota Highlander and a 2013 Mazda Cx-9 Grand Touring. Since this was a major purchase, I wanted to make sure I was getting the best value for my money. Janelle worked with me on pricing and listened to my needs. I never felt pressured by Janelle to purchase the Highlander, as I was up front with her and told her I was considering the Mazda CX-9. She printed off a safety comparison data sheet on the Cx-9 and Toyota. This also helped me make my decision. After I made my purchase, Janelle helped me set up my phone and gave me a tutorial on the features on my Highlander. I have had a couple questions since the purchase, and Janelle has been able to help me with my questions. Everyone at David Bruce was courteous and friendly. The entire buying process took me a month to make up my mind, but during this period, I was given the time, without pressure, to make my decision. I would recommend Janelle to any one wanting to purchase a new car. More
