We traded in our 2007 Toyota Camry for the 2014 Toyota Camry. I have never purchased the same car before, I always bought a different car. But I really enjoyed my Camry and it gets very good gas mileage so we bought a new one in a different color. Very pleased with the upgrades they did on the Camry. He also took his time with us and even stayed an hour late to make sure we had everything in order and comfortable with everything about the car. He is an outstanding Sales employee! More

On a Friday afternoon returning to Milwaukee, WI David Lytle made my "emergency maintenance" experience...a long way from home...incredibly relaxing. On a Friday afternoon returning to Milwaukee, WI from Evansville, IN on I-57, I was eighteen miles from David Bruce Toyota/Cadillac Dealership when I was startled to notice the "Maintenance Required" light appear on the instrument dashboard of my 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Immediately, at the next exit, I took the ramp and pulled over where I asked Siri to find me a Toyota Dealership on my iPhone. Siri came back promptly and called David Bruce Toyota in Bourbonnais, IL where the service department representative asked me how long it would take for me to get there. I replied, "Eighteen minutes!". He said, "Great! I'll see you in eighteen minutes." As I drove, I worried that I might be required to stay in Bourbonnais until the middle of the following week...wondering if they would have time to schedule me for a service appointment. When I arrived, David Lytle introduced himself to me. I told him the problem with the light on the dashboard and he explained they could accomplish the procedure that afternoon. He lead me to the waiting room which was very clean and comfortable. I visited with a lovely lady who was a regular customer as well as a registered nurse. We talked about her profession, and before I knew it, David came to tell me my car was freshly washed and ready to go. Everyone at David Bruce was more than helpful and very friendly. I have a Toyota Prepaid Maintenance Agreement which I purchased when I bought my car. There was no charge for the service. I can't thank them enough for helping me on my way. I am physically impaired, and it was an enormous relief to be able to get back home that evening without having to spend anymore nights on the road, as I can only drive 200 miles in one day. Thank you David Bruce Toyota and David Lytle!!!! More

Needed more room in my vehicle in 2014 (2 grandsons and their gear and lots of extended trips with retirement). Dave had stayed in touch with me for the past 7 years so I ordered a new Sienna LE AWD through him. I loved my 4-Runner (Drove that truck 144,000 miles including a solo trip of 9000 miles to Alaska and back) and I'm sure that I will love this Sienna. All thanks to Dave and his team. More

They were there for questions and answers, but never pushed or pressured us to purchase anything. The purchase process was excellent as well. We were able to get very competitive interest rates that our credit union couldn't even match which allowed us to consider adding extras (like remote start and roadside assistance for example). We were at the dealership for only about one hour and drove our new van home that night. Over all we were very happy customers. More

The other dealerships in the area were very time consuming and lengthy, but when we came to David Bruce we were immediately greeted by Anthony and told him what we were looking for and he suggested a car--we drove it right away, liked it, and we were out the door with our contract and new car in less than an hour. We were also impressed with David Bruce as they honored our military service and gave us a discount for our service. We were more than impressed with Anthony's service and generosity as he also gave us one of his personal football jerseys and signed it. We took a picture with him and were out the door. More
