Under normal circumstances, I’m not usually the customer who will write a review. However, the amazing care we received from Erik Ramirez at Toyota of Boerne on July 3 deserves to be recognized. I was t who will write a review. However, the amazing care we received from Erik Ramirez at Toyota of Boerne on July 3 deserves to be recognized. I was taking my sister out car shopping for a first car for my niece. I was fully prepared for the “usual” high pressure sales environment where they take tons of time and simply want to close the deal on something. This wasn’t what we experienced with Erik. Erik took the time to listen to what we were in the market for - which was a reliable first car with an $8k budget. He was open, transparent, and thoughtful as we worked to find some options they had on their lot. He was personable and through his transparency built a foundation of trust. I picked up a brand new Lexus back in January (RX450h+) and Erik treated us as well, if not better than my Lexus salesman – even knowing we were looking at $8k cars. At the end when we talked about this being our first day out and we were researching and seeing exactly what the budget would look like in terms of condition of used cars, Erik was kind, understanding, and didn’t apply ridiculous pressure. While we haven’t purchased anything yet, a sales manager we met said they sell about 500 used cars a month. I am confident we will find something come through in the next little while and will definitely be working with Erik – and I’d recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new Toyota or a used car!
