Exceptional Service!!! I purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of Boardman and when I brought it home, I noticed a few minor superficial issues. I brought it to the service department and they told me that they would correct the problems, no questions asked!! Gerald and Joanna were great to work with! They were very friendly and helpful! I got my car back 1 day later with all of the issues resolved!! It looks fantastic, and I am so pleased with all of the work that was done to it! I feel very confident in the service department and staff at Toyota of Boardman. Thank you so much for getting my car back to me looking even better than before!! More

What a great dealership!! I live in Fl and was visiting in the Youngstown area. I had a recall, so took my car in. What nice service people , Joanna Zuckla and Joe DeLapa!!!
