LEASE TURN IN PROBLEM We turned in a 2016 Toyota Highlander at end of July, in good condition. We then get a bill from Toyota for $450. 45 for a very small chip in the uppe We turned in a 2016 Toyota Highlander at end of July, in good condition. We then get a bill from Toyota for $450. 45 for a very small chip in the upper right corner of the windshield that we were unaware of. Had we known it was there we would have had it repaired through our insurance ! We were very upset about this and contacted our salesman Mike Butream ! He too was upset because we have dealt with him for many many years and have leased and purchased a lot of vehichles through Preston Toyota of Boardman. In fact in the last couple months we purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla and leased a 2019 Highlander. We don't abuse the vehichles and as said before would have taken care of this prior to turning it in at a much much lower cost. Mike Butream is an extremely good salesman and person and felt so bad he sent us a check to cover the amount ! We are very disappointed at how this was handled through Toyota and Preston Toyota of Boardman and also the fact that a very conscientious Mike Butream handled what the dealership should have.Hopefully any future issues are handled differently ! More

They were fabulous!!! Got us in, were super friendly, including to our kids and dogs, giving treats and free sandwich coupons plus maps. They diagnosed the issue quickly and checked it more in depth, allowing us to continue our travels with peace of mind. On the phone before we got there she set us up with car rental phone numbers in case we needed them to continue on. They thought of everything and were super considerate and friendly. The amazing part was they charged us nothing, saying happy holidays! Wow!!!!! Would completely go there regularly if we lived there! Wonderful people and we couldn't be more grateful for them. More
Above and beyond service I was back in Youngstown visiting friends after moving away to Grand Rapids, Michigan. On my way into town I accidentally ran over a metal pipe on the highway that was unavoidable. After getting my car towed to Toyota my service manager, Gerald went above and beyond for me. I was very flustered and upset about my car and worried because I was only in Ohio for a few days. Gerald called the next morning with my price tag and time frame....he even called and talked to my father upon me asking him to do so. I don't know cars well....needed dad's go ahead on repairs ha! By the very next day at 10am my car was done and ready for pick up. The mechanic came in early to fix my car. The whole team worked hard to get me and my car back on the road in time for my trip back home to Michigan. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! More

I stopped in before work, (unannounced), and they were kind enough to fix it and send me on my way- awesome! Highly recommend their service team. More
