We just purchased a 2025 Sienna XSE and found it to be a good experience start to finish. Buying a new car can be a real PIA but these guys made it a pleasant process. This is especially impressive as they can sell every last Sienna they can get from Toyota. We were on a wait list for months before our model/configuration was available. Our salesman, Bryan Guevara, was helpful from start to finish. He made sure we drove away with a full tank of gas too! He very patiently helped us understand the tech and not so obvious but very cool features too! The administrative team of Jack Chou and especially Lauren Vazquez didn't give us any double talk as we waded through the paperwork. A remarkable number of decisions have to be made once you "buy" the car but before you drive off the "lot" and Lauren navigated us through the paperwork and decisions with grace and patience. We also appreciate the fair trade in price we received for our 2011 Sienna which, at 200k miles, had been around the block! We love our new car and are very happy to have been able to buy it from the great team at Toyota of Berkeley - our home town dealer! More
