I got a call back from there and asking me to a replace tire what happened bay ridge service I never get a flat tire driving. Toyota service always try convince you car not warranty are pretty scam beware don’t make a non sense story to Toyota loyal service to us maintenance customer are pretty much act as like another repair shop to you my car is 2021 should be refunded for service that don’t need a repair under warranty

We ordered a new seat cover for your vehicle after the issue could not be immediately resolved, which was covered under goodwill, then waited for your arrival to replace it for a month. When you arrived, neither our Sales Director John Pecoraro or you could replicate the claimed engine vibration during a test drive which unfortunately adds time to the job as we get to the bottom of it.
