today almost i get scammer by bay ridge toyota for my car service ERNEST Wan is advisor service represent who is tried to scammer me 2250$ for replacement tire sensor pressure to leave the car for 1 day, whe service ERNEST Wan is advisor service represent who is tried to scammer me 2250$ for replacement tire sensor pressure to leave the car for 1 day, when it needless i assume that my rav4 2021 is brand new is has no issue, i has been drive my toyota for the service to check under my warranty toyotacare and not doing to check by myself, i notice upon in the facilities environment is pretty scammer for customer who dont want know about it technician will try swipe your money with the advisor rolling story that absolutely no sense to replacement sensor after waiting by 5hours just adding air up and dashboard goes off technician and advisor they charge me 300$ expense out my pocket even my car is under warranty i never going back to this service dealership probably i will claim refund for that service, i assure not come anymore there CONS i end up driving off my car with a noise right and they forget to put tap air tire cover More
They are all LIARS, SCAMMERS and DISRESPECTFUL at Bay Ridge Toyota. ERNEST WAN is the WORST and DISRESPECTFUL person to deal with. I took my car for servicing on July 1st, 2020. Issues: - C Ridge Toyota. ERNEST WAN is the WORST and DISRESPECTFUL person to deal with. I took my car for servicing on July 1st, 2020. Issues: - Car seat was stuck in a non moving position - Engine Muffling Sound The car was not looked at for 2 days, I made multiple calls to the service agent and requested my car back. - I was told that they do not have the part for my vehicle and that it would take 10 more days. It took them almost 4 days to figure out a simple issue. - First excuse: we do not know why the car seat is stuck we need to examine it. (Day 3) - Second excuse: We took the car seat out a couple of times but we do not know why it is stuck. Day 4 - Third excuse: We need to order the part it will take 10 days. Today’s date October 19th 2020 Issue - - Car seat still not fixed - Car engine still makes a vibrating sound - Fourth visit issues still not resolved Appointment was made for 1:45pm today October 19th, 2020. - I was not received by any servicer agent until 2:30pm. - I was told I would get my car back today by 5:00pm. - The agents already knew the issue, part was ordered it was a service and pickup same day tactic. - At 2:45pm I was told by one of the rude employees (ERNEST WAN) to emulate the car sound in a humiliating tone. - I was treated poorly and I am very disappointed with the service. - After speaking to the manager I am told now that the car will not bet serviced until tomorrow morning. - Why was I called in today if the service will be done tomorrow ? - For qualified technicians why does it take 3-4 days to figure out a mechanical issue or to change a part of a seat? - Toyota is losing valuable customers and I will be one of them. - Very disappointed and dissatisfied More

I had my car ready for review/inspection and I came to Bay Ridge Toyota at 8 a.m. in the morning to have the work done. I was promised that the job would be done within the hour of arrival. When I arrived to the dealership at 4 p.m, I was shocked to see that not only was the work not done, but my car was not even given the light of day of notice. My review for this place is not even one star out of five. The excuse given to me that day was simply that it was forgotten. Had I not came to the dealership to retrieve my car, my car would have collected dust. I am letting employees and customers alike know of how I was treated and what you should beware of when dealing with this place. No one will pay attention to you and most importantly; everyone will bombard you with crocodile tears and false apologies for their own incompetence. As a dissatisfied customer; I hope that this customer service review was helpful to everyone and hopefully the management at Bay Ridge Toyota will improve its services and attitudes towards their customers in the future.
