Service manger stated to Toyota Headquarters that my car was in an accident so they wouldn't fix my light that is covered under my warranty. My car has no physical damage and was not in an accident. Made us wait over 4 hours to receive the lease to review We purchased our 2010 Rav 4 in 2013 and it was time to come in to lease a 2015 Rav 4, as stated above they made us wait over 4 hours to even look at We purchased our 2010 Rav 4 in 2013 and it was time to come in to lease a 2015 Rav 4, as stated above they made us wait over 4 hours to even look at the deal on top of not answering a request to have a protection program added as an added break on the deal, we got a 3 week run around and no real answer on top of much disrespect during the many phone calls to the finance director and assorted salesmen and the general manager who stated I was bothering them. Plus they kept the registration that we needed we were stuck with the temporary and not date to return to pick it up. Can go on with the non assist to details. Left message to speak with Mr. Ianelli after all these interactions and hope to here from him Did get to speak with Dorothy earlier today from Dram so hope to hear something. One good point will make is they have a good repair center and we like the brand just not the lack of care and confusion from sales More
