I had previously dealt with Bob Sigl, but Bob has since retired, so I dealt with Jason Palmer. Jason was polite, knowledgeable, personable and professional. When I explained to him that I wanted to trade in my car and the type of car I was looking for, he was very helpful and handled everything quickly and efficiently and covered all the bases.
