Staff members know me by name even though I only need to come in occasionally for routine maintenance (I’m a low mileage driver!). When special discounts or coupons on services are available, they let me know so that I can take advantage of the cost savings. The waiting area is bright and clean and offers free coffee and fresh fruit. I can relax and read or watch television or work on a laptop or check messages on my cell phone with free WiFi. If the service is expected to take longer than I’m able to wait, a rental car is often available at no charge. I love my Toyota Service team, and I love my Venza! <3 More

GREAT ! Steve was very responsive to my internet inquiry, sending me a response with a quote of the car I was interested in within 30 minutes ! Again, it was in my inbox very promptly. (I was not having good luck getting any info from another dealer). We set up a test drive for early the next day, and we agreed on a trade in value and final price and that was it ! I had driven to Batavia from Tonawanda so Steve had the car prepped, and insurance and plates taken care while I waited so I wouldn't have to come back later that day or next day to pick up the car. I was back home with my new car by 1 PM for lunch ! And just like that I was a very happy customer ! More
