Very accommodating and personable. We purchased a new Toyota Tacoma through Stephen Schaefer in Dec. 2016. We were only going to be home for a couple of weeks to make this deal. Stephen worked with us, mostly on-line as we were traveling home and he made that experience very easy. When we did arrive home we did shop around, but found Toyota of Batavia to be our best bet both pricewise and customer service wise. The truck was waiting for us when we arrived home and the price was great. We only had the truck 6 months and someone hit us totaling the truck. We returned to Toyota of Batavia and Stephen was not available so Chris Brown assisted us. Chris was very personable and determined to find the truck with all of our needs. In the meantime Chris made sure we had a loaner vehicle as our new truck was in transit. Upon return visits for servicing both Stephen and Chris always make sure to come over to us and see how things are going. Everyone at Toyota of Batavia is very friendly (not fake friendly). This is our dealership of choice from now on. More
