The dealer is fine, but the service department sucks pretty badly. I waited 3 hours for the shuttle to pick me up. Every time I called and asked, they said he’s on his way. He will be there in 10 min wh pretty badly. I waited 3 hours for the shuttle to pick me up. Every time I called and asked, they said he’s on his way. He will be there in 10 min which turned into 1 hour and so forth. I called for the third time and they had to send an uber to pick me up which took another 30 minutes. I am very disappointed as this is not the first time that there has been an issue. Every time someone writes a review, nothing is being done. Toyota of Anaheim, you need to do better for your customers. 3 cars I have put used from you and plan not giving you guys my money anymore. Horrible service!!!!!!! More

I been there for 4 hrs the promise was between 2 or 2 and a half hours and is very stressful seen people come after you and leave before you.
