My experience at Toyota of Anaheim was great! I arrived for my scheduled oil change and was immediately greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. When the service rep came up to me a few I arrived for my scheduled oil change and was immediately greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. When the service rep came up to me a few minutes later he was kind and worked quickly and explained everything clearly while offering me extra services. When I politely declined he did not push the issue. I dropped off my car and was able to pick it up after 2 hours. The entire process was easy and I felt respected as a customer. As a woman stepping into an auto dealer/shop, it is important to feel like I’m being treated with the same respect and dignity as a man. More

I just want to thank Josh for sincerely helping me and my family. He went above and beyond making sure that I was a happy customer. His transparency and keeping me up-to-date is truly appreciated. I also want to thank Fernando Nájera, sales manger, who went above and beyond, with his patience, knowledge, understanding, and speediness. He made sure we were satisfied to the T. He gave us so many sincerely great deals, I was so impressed. He even talked to us about the GREAT IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am so blessed and pleased with how I was treated. I want to also thank Cynthia, she explained everything so well, she was so sweet and made me feel part of the Toyota family. Karina was just amazing, made me feel so comfortable and she helped turn my experience into an amazing reward. You can tell they take good care of their customers. Even Marco from parts & accessories was very helpful. Yes, I will continue to do business with them, and recommend anyone to get a Toyota. I know for a fact that I can come get my oil change or get any repairs with confidence knowing they got my back.
