I was asked if I wanted the truck washed since I was getting an oil changed I said absolutely that would be nice. Returned later in the day to pick up the truck. Murphy, the guy at the desk, I think he should learn some basic customer service skills. When I arrived there I said good morning, he looked at me and didn’t say anything and proceeded about about business. basic customer service skills.
