The main reason I traveled 45 minutes to your dealership is because of Ashley De La Rosa. She is the nicest most professional salesperson I have ever met. Prior to me arriving at the dealership she informed me of all the information I needed and wanted. When I arrived I was treated with courtesy and respect. The entire process was the best experience I have ever had. There were no gimmicks or tricks as I am sure that you know other dealerships do. Also because I had arrived late she had to remain an extra two hours and never rushed me or complained. In closing I just want to let you know how lucky you are to have her as an employee. It's refreshing to know that there are still people like Ashley out there that make a car buying or leasing a comfortable and nice experience. I can tell you that in the future I will be doing all my future business at your dealership and will go out of my way to recommend to anyone who is looking for a Toyota to Ashley. I recently visited this dealership to purchase a used car. i called first to get some details about the car, which proved to be untrue. Thet wanted to sell a car that was in bad need of tires and was not car. i called first to get some details about the car, which proved to be untrue. Thet wanted to sell a car that was in bad need of tires and was not in good shape cosmetically. After waiting long periods of time I was almost able to make a deal. When i called the next day to set up a date for pick up I was told that i needed to pick the car up that day without the car being repaired or detailed. They wanted me to purchase the car without seeing the final product! Who does that kind of thing??? These people are not professionals and are not interested in showing up to par vehicles. i would not buy a pencil from them. BUYER BEWARE More
I am a "tough nut" to crack when it comes to buying cars (or anything else) because I do not buy on impulse, and I absolutely don't yield to pressure. I rely on tangible data (i.e., quality, saf buying cars (or anything else) because I do not buy on impulse, and I absolutely don't yield to pressure. I rely on tangible data (i.e., quality, safety, efficiency, etc.), selection of vehicles and the level of service that a dealer provides. Before coming to this dealership, I "hit" quite a few of their competitors' locations "armed" with the comparison matrices/tables from Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports magazine. Nissan, Honda, Ford, Mazda, Huyndai, and others... -- they all had greatly improved products, and very attentive and friendly staff. At the end, this Toyota dealer beat them all! And it succeeded in every category that mattered to me -- reliability, safety, efficiency, style, comfort, 2-year complementary maintenance, 1-year road assistance program. Finally, they even included 4 baseball tickets for a game by a local team which made my teenage boys very happy! More
I had leased a vehicle from this dealership a couple of years ago and had been receiving email and print mail for nearly a year offering early lease trade specials. I had visited this dealership twice in the past six months to see how I may be able to take advantage of these offers. The first time I went in, I left frustrated, but understood that I still had quite a bit of time left on my lease, so the offer was not so good. This past time, I was livid when I left, because when I told the sales rep what I was looking for, he kept coming back with a stock vehicle that was thousands higher than what I wanted and was trying to convince us that was the best deal I was entitled to, as if I had no common sense and knew the game he was playing. When I called him on it, he became insulting at which point my wife and I got up and left. While we were leaving, he was still trying to convince us that we could not get any better deal anywhere else. Needless to say, we did, somewhere else, with another car line and we are very happy with our decision. The sad thing is, after 5 Toyota's, I may never go back because of the treatment I received at this dealership. More

David Vosper sold us our Toyota Prius on the spot. He was knowledgable, not pushy, honest and made our transaction pain free. We had visited other dealerships in the area and non compared to Toyota of Lakewood. Everyone involved in our transaction was efficient, caring and very friendly. We've had great follow up on our purchase and have recommended the dealership and particularly David to all we know. This was our first Toyota purchase and we love the car. We've already had our 5000 mile check up and Bill West in the service department has been of great help to us. We would definitely buy another Toyota but only from Toyota of Lakewood. More
My 15 yr old Van finally died and I had to buy a new vehicle. I visited a few local dealers, knew I wanted a truck and finally found Dave at Lakewood. From the moment he said hello my wife told me we we vehicle. I visited a few local dealers, knew I wanted a truck and finally found Dave at Lakewood. From the moment he said hello my wife told me we were going to buy something form this guy because she felt comfortable with him. He was not the typical car salesman we encountered. Dave was patient, showed and let me drive several vehicles and spent a good deal of time helping me decide exactly which truck to buy. There was no pressure to buy and when he made me a deal I could not turn down the rest of the experience was just as good. In no time I was driving home in my new truck. It was a while since I bought a vehicle and wow how things have changed. I forget the Lady in finance who helped us after with the loan but she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole experience had me taken back with how easy and enjoyable buying a vehicle could be. Lakewood Toyota definately has customer for life. Tim Brooke More
