Service Adviser Jack Murphy is GREAT! Due to COVID-19, I didn't get to enjoy time in the customer waiting area with free gourmet coffee and bagels this time around. I missed that. COVID protective measures were taken - all staff wore masks - plexiglass plates were installed in front of the Service Advisers' counter - barriers were in place to assure 6 foot distancing.
