Service Adviser Jack Murphy is GREAT! Due to COVID-19, I didn't get to enjoy time in the customer waiting area with free gourmet coffee and bagels this time around. I missed that. COVID protective measures were taken - all staff wore masks - plexiglass plates were installed in front of the Service Advisers' counter - barriers were in place to assure 6 foot distancing. I was glad to see that Toyota is taking this seriously to protect their employees and their customers. Good job! More

At a recent visit to the gas station, my fuel door was damaged. I went to Toyota/Lakewood and talked to Lynda Williamson at the service desk. I have a 2006 Avalon XLS that I bought here in 2005. I am just about at 200,000 miles! When I first bought my car I was taking it to a local car wash for oil changes until I figured out that it was cheap am just about at 200,000 miles!
