They completely forgot to pick me up once until I repeatedly called them. Today, the same adventure is happening. They have had my car for over 24hrs. After informing me hat they would have someone pick me up (after I rang them), I have been waiting over 2 hrs to be picked up so that I can pay a large sum for my car maintenance and recuperate my car. The agents are polite but the customer pick up service is disorganized, showing how unimportant they consider this service. Still waiting. . . More

Sales reps were our point of contact but I fault the management for establishing the tactics and for not being visible when issues arise.
