The salesman Tauriq was excellent, he was truthful and wasn't pushy like salesmen I encountered at other dealers while car shopping. Once we settled on a 2017 Rav4 the sales manager Omid and finance director Tim did a great job of getting the keys in our hands and the car on the road in a timely matter. Car buying can be a painful experience but it doesn't have to be. Make Walnut Creek Toyota the first dealership you visit and save yourself a bunch of hassle. More

They completely forgot to pick me up once until I repeatedly called them. Today, the same adventure is happening. They have had my car for over 24hrs. After informing me hat they would have someone pick me up (after I rang them), I have been waiting over 2 hrs to be picked up so that I can pay a large sum for my car maintenance and recuperate my car. The agents are polite but the customer pick up service is disorganized, showing how unimportant they consider this service. Still waiting. . . More

In this online world and with a full staff, no dealer should ever behave like this if they want referrals or repeat business. Sales reps were our point of contact but I fault the management for establishing the tactics and for not being visible when issues arise. We did not buy from them and will never bring the car we did buy to them for service. Stay away! More

They offered the best price based on my research of other dealers on the web, and they offered a good price on my trade in car. Carlos was very helpful in explaining the reason for the troubles we were having with old car. My husband and I felt like he cared and not like he just wanted to sale a car. Steve worked with us and we are very appreciative that they both could see that we were not treated fairly at the previous dealership. Jericho was also very helpful. I'm glad that all 4 men were at the dealership that day and they will not be forgotten.
