I took my car for service, oil change, interval maintenance and recall for my toyota, when i got my car back i thought that everything will fine after spending $$$, i got pull over by a cop saying that my back lights where not working, i was like sooo surprise because the car was at the shop 2 1/2 days and i had a rental car, i have my kid with me all the time and that was so dangeours in the freeway, i call them on monday morning (sunday is close the service department) and they said all the advisors are busy i told the lady what happen and she make me feel it was my fault, then i gave her my number and she said she will have an advisor call me.. i wait all day and nobody call me back, i call on tuesday and ask for an advisor and finally got the advisor that help me out at the beginning when i drop my car told me that he will see what happen and will give me a call back, that never happen i just call another toyota and made the appointment to get it fix... i feel to sad because i bought my car at toyota walnut creek and they treat me like that, i work at at law office and even my boss told me to put a big complain, but im not that kind of person i just never taking my car back to that place... And they checked my battery for me and told me I just need to drive the car more rather than selling me a new battery that I didn't need. More

He was respectful, patient, and very helpful and he offered me a lot of technical information about the cars. Mr. Seyed Razavi is indeed an asset to your corporation. If it wasn't for him, I would have gone to another Toyota because a friend was an employee there, but despite this, Mr. Razavi made me prefer to make the deal at Toyota of Walnut Creek. Congratulations for having selected such talented and qualified staff. More
One of worst experience in life I got a used car and in less than 72 hour it got transmission issues and check engine light. When I asked about this and I wanted to return the car i I got a used car and in less than 72 hour it got transmission issues and check engine light. When I asked about this and I wanted to return the car in less than 72 hours, they where so rude and nasty. A manager there told me go to talk to owner and we are not obligated to do anything other than getting it fixed. When requested for owner or General Manager, told me , they left at 4 pm. When I asked, nobody has owners/ general manager s contact too. All in was very frustrating. You either listen what they say or live with it. There is no accountability on what is said or you are considered. This doesn't stop there. The contract for buy back was explained to me wrong by a finance manager. It was said I have to pay 500 USD to enroll in buy back. "But the truth is 250 USD if your car is 20K or more you pay upfront to get buy back. If you return the car you need to pay 500 USD as restocking fee." Guess what, since they told it is 500 usd for buying this , I didn't opted for it was more than 20% of cars value. If it was 250 it is only 10% and I would have brought it. Lesson to be learned. Never believe what is said , instead read the contract end to end until you sign. Another important thing is I got a quick response only when I did a buy enquiry. For finance department I had quries after purchase and I had got very delayed responses. I have seen 2 non authorized credit enquires in my account. Thanks to life lock for immediate notification. The total experience I had was very bad. I will recommend the yelpers to stay away from this nasty place. You may get a nice offer to get you attracted but once you are in, it is your life if something is not good. If At the end, after all the heavy experience I got a rental car and they are taking my car to the Nissan for service.( The car is still under full warranty. Thank God). I am zero percentage willing to drive a car that has a transmission issue very early. This 25+ K put on the car will follow nightmare every day. Please have some kindness ToyotaWC. I am still ready to pay 250+500 restocking fee and if you can buy back the car get me out of this hard time. I saw many good reviews and that is why I came to WC Toyota. It may be my faith. But, I had a bad situation with the transmission, else it may be better. Lastly you will know the worth of a metal only when it faces the worst or strain. When I am writing this review , you can guess what I am going through. I wish I should be the odd one out. I am not disclosing the names of the employees who behaved bad here, but if WC asks I will let you know Few change in approaches make a huge difference. You can always fix the transmission from Nissan without any cost and sell the car. There will be a buyer for that too. Please don't make others life harder. More

Jorge was helpful and knowledgeable from the start. I had a bankruptcy 2 years ago and Matt from Finance worked hard to get me the best rate for my loan. I am very happy. My husband and I drove down from Auburn, CA and would do it again for our next car. More

Example: I just spent $825 on two new keys for my vehicle (including programming). We were told there was a service 'backup' this past week but I wasn't in a hurry and left the vehicle there as long as they needed it. 7 days later I got my vehicle back and... it works like a charm! Nevertheless, for over $800 bucks for 2 keys and for being extremely patient on service turn around my vehicle came back to me looking like it had set out on the lot for seven days. For that price and for that duration the very least Toyota of Walnut Creek could have done was washed my car's exterior. More
