I took my car for service, oil change, interval maintenance and recall for my toyota, when i got my car back i thought that everything will fine after spending $$$, i got pull over by a cop saying that my back lights where not working, i was like sooo surprise because the car was at the shop 2 1/2 days and i had a rental car, i have my kid with me all the time and that was so dangeours in the freeway, i call them on monday morning (sunday is close the service department) and they said all the advisors are busy i told the lady what happen and she make me feel it was my fault, then i gave her my number and she said she will have an advisor call me.. i wait all day and nobody call me back, i call on tuesday and ask for an advisor and finally got the advisor that help me out at the beginning when i drop my car told me that he will see what happen and will give me a call back, that never happen i just call another toyota and made the appointment to get it fix... i feel to sad because i bought my car at toyota walnut creek and they treat me like that, i work at at law office and even my boss told me to put a big complain, but im not that kind of person i just never taking my car back to that place...
