We drove up here to look at a 2014 Toyota Sienna Limited on 7/11/2016. Vehicle looked good and after some decision we decided we were going to purchase the van. It was getting late and so we decided that we complete the purchase the following day. We put down a $3000 deposit. Around this time we were doing another walk through of the van and my wife noticed the roof was dented. I looked closer and realized that the dent was immediately adjacent to the back (of two) moonroofs. This dent made it impossible for the back moonroof to maintain a seal. You could actually see daylight through a gap between the roof and the moonroof. When we notified them, my impression was that they had no idea about the damage. But they stuck by the quality of the vehicle. That night we did a little research and realized that fixing may be impossible, or very costly. On Sunday we notified them that we were not going to pursue this purchase. It is now 7/16/26 and the refund is nowhere in sight. I don't doubt that I will get my money back, but it shouldn't have taken them (allegedly 3 days) to process a refund. More importantly, they were going to sell a vehicle to someone (it is no longer listed on their website, so I imagine that it is sold) that is going to have big problems when it starts to rain in the winter, and will have no recourse because it has been months. More
