*My Experience at Toyota Vallejo* I visited Toyota Vallejo this morning 10/30/2024 for an oil change and tire rotation service for my 2004 Toyota Tundra. While enjoying my coffee in the lobby, I obser Vallejo this morning 10/30/2024 for an oil change and tire rotation service for my 2004 Toyota Tundra. While enjoying my coffee in the lobby, I observed two technicians working on my vehicle. One seemed confused, while the other was busy on his phone. As they finished, I noticed my truck being lowered and prepared for departure. Concerned, I asked the technician if he had performed the tire rotation. He apologized, admitting he hadn't done it, despite my explicitly requesting and paying for it. This isn't my first experience with such oversight at Toyota Vallejo. Couple months , I had a similar issue with my Toyota Camry service. I spoke with the service manager ( Michael Voss) who apologized and offered to waive the tire rotation charge. I insisted on paying but emphasized the need for improved quality control measures to prevent such mistakes. If I hadn't monitored the service from the lobby, would the job have been done? Customers pay for services expecting quality work. Neglecting tasks can be perceived as scam-like. To fellow customers, ensure you supervise your vehicle's service at Toyota Vallejo. My intention isn't to loose the job of the 2 technicians but to emphasize focus and accountability. Their routine tasks require attention, not rocket science. *Recommendations:* 1. Implement a checklist system. 2. Enforce no cellphone usage during work hours. More

Waited behind 6 people to pay a rude person. Was directed to person to tell me what I had just paid $320 for she told me to wait she was busy. Finally just left only person I dealt with who I would ever deal with again was person who retrieved cars. Should make him manager More
Scammers!! I left this dealership in tears when the service rep kept insisting that to maintain my warranty my 60k mile service was going to be over $800. He was I left this dealership in tears when the service rep kept insisting that to maintain my warranty my 60k mile service was going to be over $800. He was saying that there were things required that were not listed in my maintenance record book that came from Toyota when I bought my van brand new. It was horrible and he wouldn't back down and kept insisting that he knew more than I did, which he does but i can read the manual!! I called Toyota Customer Sevice and complained. I was supposed to get a call from the dealership within 24 hours - nope. It has been a week and no call. I found another dealership an hour away that didn't lie to me and tell me that things were required that were not actually required. They offered me additional services beyond what was required but it was my choice. They didn't try to scare me by saying I'd lose my warranty if I didn't add on the additional services. The other dealership answered my questions and were kind and understanding. This was not our first time having problems with Toyota Vallejo - one time, despite saying they topped off all my fluids they didn't. They are just lying cheaters. More
