Was told by Jeff he could meet a deal I found on line and to come in . When I went in I was greeted by Jose a salesman he was a very nice man and when I told him the deal that was spoken about on the phone w to come in . The manager Isaiah came to me and said there is no way that deal could be made , Isaiah was very nice by the way . I relayed the deal from Jeff to Isaiah and he said he’d have to speak to Jeff about this . I left dealership and I’ll never return this is a horrible business tactic to get people in , horrible customer service by Jeff !! More
