The finance manager tricked me into signing even though I explained that I will be using Credit Union for my financing. I saw the car that I wanted and they use fear mongering to convince me to sign the contract or I might lose the car. They told me it would be easy to just switch it over when I get my approval from Credit Union. Little did I know that I would have to go through a full refinancing process which cost me thousands of dollars in the long run. Turns out that the car price went way up By the time I was done with the process. I say just stay away from Toyota Universe. What they did to me may not be illegal but certainly unethical. More
