Based on my experience, I would recommend you stay far away from this dealer. I bought a used Corolla earlier this year only to discover the next day it was missing an important safety feature that should away from this dealer. This missing part was of course not pointed out by the salesman. My attempts to resolve my dispute with the dealer have been futile. They give you lots of promises, but they are just lies and they have no intention of taking care of customers once they have the customer's money. Very dishonest dealer! I wonder if the positive ratings in this forum are genuine. Notice that this dealer does not cooperative with dealerrater.com or the better business bureau. That tells you all you need to know about their reputation! Again, stay away! More

Don't even think of going to this car dealer, infact I would advice Toyota people to cancel dealership from them. Worst customer services and never keep there words. I purchased the 2011 Avalon from Mr. Braddock and all I can say is that he is undoubtedly the most professional gentleman that I have ever purchased a car from. I was extremly happy when I went to purchase my 4runner from toyota universe. I was greeted by a young lady who to my surprise, was my sales person. Her name was jessie. I have brought several cars in my life but I had never bought one from a female sales person. She was very friendly and knowledable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. She made me feel really comfortable throught the process. Jessie offered me coffee and was consistent in letting me know what was going to happen next. She did not make me feel pressured in any way. She got me exactly what I wanted. Angelo her manager stepped in to negotiate price with me and I ended up with the payments I was looking for. They were both very professional. The whole process was quick and comfortable. No haggling involved thank god. Not to mention the dealership was very presentable. They had coffee and hot dogs and parking was a breeze. I would certainly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
