As I have noted in my detailed reviews on other sites, I have been calling that extension for two weeks, and it goes straight to voicemail every single time. Your continued use of a 'copy-paste' response—without even acknowledging the documented issues regarding illegal registration advice, broken features, or the fact that your own phone line is unreachable—proves that this is nothing more than public relations damage control. I am not interested in leaving another message in a dead-end inbox. If you are serious about resolving the damage caused by your management, have someone with actual decision-making authority reach out to me directly.
