I recently broke down in Berea Kentucky while on a trip I recently broke down in Berea Kentucky while on a trip home to South Carolina from Illinois. I had my Toyota sienna towed to Toyota south in Richmon I recently broke down in Berea Kentucky while on a trip home to South Carolina from Illinois. I had my Toyota sienna towed to Toyota south in Richmond the morning after it broke down. I explained the situation to the service manager and assistant service manager. I ended up having to stay in a motel for three days. However, I commend Lily, Joe, Jim and the tech that worked on my van. My wife and I were extremely stressed out being stranded 300 miles from home. Everyone I dealt with throughout the ordeal was understanding of our situation. They really did jump through hoops to get us back on the road. Thanks to the service department, we made it home safe. More

Great Service great Sales I needed my 2006 RAV4 serviced and explained that my wife had Alzheimer's so I could not wait for the car. They gave me a new Camry to drive and promptly repaired my car. During this time I talked to Zach Dunn about a new car and he offered me one at a very reasonable price. They hurried the paperwork up to accommodate us and even delivered the car to my home the same day. I give them a 10. More
