I am a commuter and keep an old 1994 Tercel here in the ATL area for local driving. It is in good condition and I maintain it regularly and drive it once a year back to TX in order to keep it current with ATL area for local driving. It is in good condition and I maintain it regularly and drive it once a year back to TX in order to keep it current with state inspections as well as having any maintenance done by my mechanic. I was driving it back from my home in Ft. Worth, TX earlier in March when I had rear bearings go out on it. I limped into Shreveport and had them replaced at a dealership there but they did not do a very good job and the bearings were making noise on the rest of the drive. I took the car into South Toyota in Morrow after I got back from a long trip overseas a week later and they not only fixed the problem but also got in contact with the service supervisor in SHV who agreed to refund me for the labor that Toyota South had to do to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I then had a minor problem yesterday with brake lights that wouldn't extinguish when I took my foot off the brake. I took the car immediately to Scott and he took care of the problem in his usual friendly and expeditious way and I was on my way in a short hours time with only a $58 labor bill for adjustments. It's nice to have a place I can go to quickly when I have problems and I feel very confident with this dealership and their service department! Scott has been particularly helpful in making my visits to the service department as painless as possible and I thank him and the entire organization for making things as easy as they have been, when many times service visits are not something to be looked upon with much delight and anticipation! More

My experience at this dealership 4/3-4/4/2011 was wonderful. Lamont Rhodes listened to my needs and was able to put me in a car without any issues at all. We live in Maryville, TN and called Lamont on a Thursday with what we wanted in a van after seeing several on their website. He had just gotten the van as a trade-in. It had everything we wanted and more! Lamont worked diligently until it was ours; we drove down (4 hours) on the following Tuesday to pick it up. My husband is a disabled Army veteran and Lamont worked with us on the price and financing to fit our budget; we could not afford a brand new van but the 2006 Sienna we bought looks new and is in excellent condition. We are delighted with the overall friendliness of the entire staff at Toyota South and especially Lamont Rhodes, Derrick in financing and Brandon in service. We have already recommended this dealership and Lamont as a sales person and will continue to do so. More
