I've had my car serviced at Toyota South for a couple of years and the service is never less than great. The guys are very helpful and try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Lately I've been taken care of by Brandon Payne who has been a pleasure to deal with. Over the years I've seen a number of guys come and go but I think it's in the customer's best interest to keep Brandon around - he's an asset to Toyota South! More
I brought my car in to Toyota South for routine service. Jake Marxen and everyone there was very helpful and pleasant unlike other dealership experiences in clayton county. This is my first Toyota and the first service on the car. The service area is clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The area where you wait for your car is clean as well and quite comfortable. You can relax and watch TV or use their WI-FI in the event you are staying caught up with work or personal emails, etc. I hope all my appointments are as pleasant. More

Don and Wendy went "above & beyond," which isn't unusual. They worked to answer all of my questions--and make me happy...the kind of thing a customer remembers. Customer service is THE most important aspect of any business that deals with the public and many of the decisions that I make is based upon a certain level of customer service. I had the good fortune business that deals with the public and many of the decisions that I make is based upon a certain level of customer service. I had the good fortune of taking our Toyota Camry to Toyota South for a much needed repair. I had an even greater experience of having Scott Blatchford as the service rep that handled our repair. Scott was above and beyond in exceeding my expectations with regard to his handling of our repair. It is seldom that I can say that an auto service department knows what great customer service is. Scott not only worked with his people to get the job done, he also was a great communicator about the problem and the necessary repairs needed. Not only will I go back to Toyota South for any future repairs, I will gladly and highly recommend Toyota South to anyone that has a Toyota, in fact, I would strongly recommend them for repairs for any car that they will work on. The work was done in a skillful manner and Scott even followed up just to make sure that all was going well after the repair was completed. Protection and promotion of the brand is an important part of any business and Scott Blatchford is an asset to the Toyota service as well as Toyota South brand. Simply put, Scott and as a result, Toyota South, not only have my loyalty, they have my respect. I will recommend this dealership's service department and Scott to anyone that query me for a great service experience, from people that really care about their customers and are dedicated to a job well done. Allen was extremely accommodating and professional both on the phone and in person. He got my SUV in for service in a timely manner. Once the truck was finished my paperwork was already complete and read on the phone and in person. He got my SUV in for service in a timely manner. I felt he understood exactly what I needed repaired, and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Thad Moore was equally as helpful. Thad was extremely knowledgeable, and assisted me in making the best decisions for my budget and truck. In my 15 years of having my cars serviced by Toyota I have never had a car run smoother on the road until Thad worked on my truck. A simple balance of tires is not as easy as I thought. Thad knows what he is doing and I trust him; which speaks volumes. More

I have a 2003 Camry that I am VERY please with. I have always had it serviced at Toyota South and only experienced one (1) issue with a previous employee but was immediately rectified.
