I absoutely love Toyota South! I live a pretty good distance from Morrow, GA and I am more than willing to make the commute to visit Toyota South when in pertains to my vehicle. I entrust this dealership with the safety and soundness of my vehicle in every aspect. I have purchased two vehicles from Toyota South and my last experience (April 2010) was absolutely remarkable and rememberable the sale person Lamont Sneed made the purchase very easy and affordable for me. Brandon Payne actually serviced my vehicle yesterday (April 18,2011) and once again I must say the service was exceptional! Brandon was very professional, courtesy, and attentive he adressed all the questions and concerns I had about my vehicle with clear and concise answers. I refer and recommend customers to Toyota South all the time because I am sure they will deliver outstanding customer service. WAY TO GO, TOYOTA SOUTH! More
Mr Coleman was absolutely wonderful! He is a great salesman and he listened to my needs. He wasn't pushy at all. I purchased a 2011 Camry and I couldn't be happier! Scott was friendly and very helpful. He forsake lunch to immediately help me with my 30k service. He also went beyond his duty to make sure my Toyota Service Plan was fully honored which made a huge differ immediately help me with my 30k service. I had taken my Corolla for an oil change and was told that I also needed brakes. I decided to take my Corolla back to the dealership for the brake repairs. Scott Blatchford was my service rep. I expla that I also needed brakes. I decided to take my Corolla back to the dealership for the brake repairs. Scott Blatchford was my service rep. I explained that I needed new brakes and he suggested that I have the brakes inspected and then make a decision. My brakes were inspected and found to be in working order with about 50% of my brakes left. I was grateful to Scott for suggesting the inspection as I felt I could continue to drive my Corolla safely for quite a bit longer. He was accommodating, professional and knowledgeable and from now on I will only trust service on my car at Toyota South and Scott Blatchford. More
I purchased my 2007 Prius from this dealership and that experience was great. I now bring my vehicle in for standard maint. and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The waiting room is well equipped and I can work (with wireless!) while I wait for my service to be completed. The service center is extremely clean and a very nice atmosphere. Bandon was so pleaent handmade me feel very comfortable during my whole experience! He was very therow going through everything that they where going to be doing that day; as well as the best way to mainta during my whole experience!
