Mr. David Campbell, of the Toyota South Service Department, was very informative and professional. He was able to get my vehicle in and out of the 10,000 mile service in a very timely manner. My service advisor Brandon was very professional.He explained what the process was to find the problem with my vehicle. I waited in the waiting room,he kept me informed on the progress of my car's serv explained what the process was to find the problem with my vehicle. Isaac explained what he had done already in the process of checking my auto. He explained to Brandon and myself what he thought the problem was and what needed to be done to get to the problem part(a sensor). I agreed and the part was ordered and replaced the next day. I want to commend both Brandon and Isaac on their expertise in wanting to give me the best customer service experience. P.S. Isaac was all about doing quality work the first time.
