We walked in the door 15 minutes before closing time, yet they were gracious, welcoming, and never made us feel rushed in making our decision. We had a good idea of what we were looking for, and Jovan steered us right to it, thoroughly explaining the features of your new vehicle. We settled on a very fair price and are extremely happy with our new Toyota Corolla S. We were treated in a warm, professional manner, and we will definitely return to the good folks at Toyota South when we are ready to replace our second vehicle. More

We do recommend him to anyone in the market for a good vehicle. Likewise, we also appreciate the excellent service that we receive from our Service Manager, John Mannering. He helps us to properly maintain our vehicles, keeping an eye out for items needing attention, or potential problems, yet doesn't try to sell us services that are not needed. The finance manager flat out lied to us about being able to cancel t This dealership was of course nice while they were trying to get us to buy a car. The finance manager flat out lied to us about being able to cancel the extended warranty and make our monthly payments go down if we decided later we wanted to. We would have not gotten it if we knew the payments wouldn't go down. Next, they were so unhelpful to my insurance company and my insurance company actually called me and told me she had been hung up on twice and it was the worst dealership she's ever worked with in insurance. Once I started calling about canceling the extended warranty I was told they would put the paperwork in the mail for me to sign... 2 weeks went by and nothing. Then, called to check up and they knew nothing. Never could actually talk to someone it just went to voicemail. When I did, the man hung up on me at least 3 times. Just rude. They did not respect or care for what I was trying to do. Finally, I was able to talk to the sweetest lady Cheryl wise. If not for her, this dealership would be awful. She helped me and apologized for other people's actions and lack of care to their customers. We are wanting to buy another Toyota vehicle, but definitely will not be from here. If you go, watch who you work with here. More
