I waited 2 hours for battery to be checked but was told software probably drained it. It took 4 hours to update it. This seemed wrong on a 2020 car with only 6000 miles driven. I was given a Lyft ride to my home at dealer expense but had to pay $40 to Lyft to get back. I needed water during my wait and had to buy it from a snack macine that did not accept credit cards but only coins. The whole process seemed too long and problematic though Brandon was personable and accomodating. More

When picking up my car, it was a mess. No one told me what was done or explained the service and the pricing. I was left just standing there.
