Toyota Santa Monica - Service Center

I have always loved my Toyotas! I have always hated dealing with Toyota dealerships because of their service departments!! That changed yesterday when destiny brought me and my ailing Prius to Guiller dealing with Toyota dealerships because of their service departments!! That changed yesterday when destiny brought me and my ailing Prius to Guillermo Galicia at Toyota of Santa Monica. As soon as I saw Guilermo, I realized that he had helped me out several years ago when I had a relatively minor problem with my 4Runner. I remember being very impressed by the way he made me feel good about having to visit the service department. Roughly 24 hours after re-acquainting myself with Guillermo, he was on the phone telling me that my Prius was repaired and he didn't give me a long list of other things that needed to be fixed. My experience with Toyota of Santa Monica was 100% positive thanks to Guillermo. He has single-handedly renewed my trust in Toyota dealership service deparments. I hope that management realizes what an asset Guillermo is to their business. More

I went to Toyota Santa Monica to get my oil changed on my FJ Cruiser and I was very pleased. The service was very friendly and very fast. I will definitely take my car back to them in the future. I took my 2007 Toyota Tundra to Toyota Santa Monica this last week for an oil change and tire rotation and enjoyed the experience very much. Sheri Atkins was friendly, informative, and very helpful. She explained everything that had been done, and what to expect on my 30 Mile check up for my 2011 Prius. I made an online appointment, and Hollie was one of the Service Advisors available. Sometimes luck is with us, because Hollie is one of the friendliest and, more importantly, honest people I have met in t Service Advisors available. She was honest about the service recommendations, telling me quite candidly what was truly needed and what might possibly wait a while. I had asked them to check out something on the door lock, which is often an invitation to let the dealership open your wallet. But they didn't find anything wrong, and told me to keep checking it until the next scheduled maintenance. Throughout the experience, she was friendly, fast, and eager to make it a good experience for me.
